Recently, the second China Advanced Laser Manufacturing Technology Conference in Rail Transit was opened in Changzhou. The conference focused on the development of the laser industry and explored how to make lasers better support Jiangsu's industrial upgrading.
The laser pointer is called the "fastest knife", "the most accurate ruler" and "the brightest light". Since the first laser was successfully developed in China in 1961, laser pointer technology has been widely used in many fields.
Chen Changjun, secretary-general of the Jiangsu Laser Industry Technology Innovation Strategy Alliance, said, "The laser is not far away from us. For example, in these years, the 3D printing is very hot. The mainstream technology is to use laser as the heat source to superimpose 3D printing materials by laser selection melting technology. "After years of cultivation and development, Jiangsu has become the third laser industry gathering place in Guangdong and Hubei, and one of the two largest application markets in China."
In recent years, the laser industry in Jiangsu has made remarkable progress. The output value of pure laser equipment in the province is nearly 20 billion yuan, accounting for more than 20% of the country. It is mainly distributed in Suzhou, Nanjing, Wuxi and Changzhou. Representative enterprises include Tianhong, Delong and Pu. Ruima Intelligent, Zhongke Sixiang and so on. In addition, foreign PI, Libo, TRUMPF, Io and other companies also attach great importance to the Jiangsu market, and set up Chinese subsidiaries in Wuxi, Suzhou and other places.
Adapting to the development trend of globalization, the technical level of laser manufacturing equipment in Jiangsu has been greatly improved, and it has been deeply applied in pillar industries such as energy, transportation, electronics, metallurgy and machinery, which has enhanced the independent innovation capability of these industries and formed new economic growth points. . However, despite the rapid development of the laser industry in Jiangsu, due to the excessive dependence of technology research and development on research institutes, the company is out of touch with the enterprise, and lacks the pilot test. Many scientific research results with market prospects remain in the prototype stage of the laboratory and cannot be industrialized.
