In 2013, at the invitation of the Wenzhou Municipal Government, Wu Randa led a team of more than 100 people from the bank of the Yangtze River to the bank of the Lijiang River to establish Pentium Laser (Wenzhou) Co., Ltd. and became a "new Wenzhou person".
