According to the Ministry of Science and Technology, in order to actively and orderly promote the implementation of special projects and ensure the high-quality completion of project objectives, on July 26, 2018, the High-Tech Center organized a national key R&D plan in Beijing, “Additive Manufacturing and Green Laser Point Manufacturing”. The key special project 2018 annual project organizes the implementation of the mobilization meeting, and mobilized the deployment of 30 new projects.
Deputy Director of the High-Tech Center Shuguang, Professor Jiang Yan, the head of the overall expert group of “Additive Manufacturing and Laser Manufacturing”, and the person in charge of the new project, the representative of the project leader and the staff of the special office attended the meeting. Deputy Director Shuguang, on behalf of the High Technology Center of the Ministry of Science and Technology, congratulated the project unit that had been approved, and emphasized that the project team should strengthen its sense of responsibility and mission. The undertaking unit should do a good job in organizing and coordinating the work to ensure the smooth completion of the project. The person in charge of the special office introduced the special management work plan, deployed the project implementation plan preparation work, and clarified the specific work requirements of the project process management. Professor Jiang Yan, the head of the overall expert group, introduced the key special implementation plan. On behalf of the project leader of 2017, Professor Li Qiang of Tsinghua University shared the experience of project implementation plan preparation. The head of the project in 2018 introduced the organization and management plan of the project implementation on behalf of Professor Yang Lijun of Harbin Institute of Technology.
At the meeting, the special office issued project project documents, project notifications and special management policies and regulations for the project, and conducted in-depth discussions with technical experts and project leaders on project process management issues and recent work priorities. The participants believed that the meeting was very timely and necessary. They not only understood the policy, but also defined the direction, implemented the task, and clarified their responsibilities. They all expressed that they would work together with the special office to jointly accomplish the goal of high-quality project task. Forward, challenge cutting-edge scientific issues, crack the key scientific and technological problems of green laser pointer, accelerate the demonstration of application of results, and strive to achieve leap-forward development in important scientific and technological fields, leading the new direction of science and technology development in the industry and the world. In the follow-up work, the special office will set up a communication platform with scientific research workers, actively absorb the opinions and suggestions from all parties, continuously explore and improve the key special process management work, and make unremitting efforts to complete the special goals for high quality.
