The CO2 laser output laser has a wavelength of 10.6 microns, a long wavelength, high coupling efficiency with non-metallic materials, and easy absorption on non-metallic surfaces. It is widely used in non-metallic materials processing industries such as home textiles, advertising crafts, electronics, and printing. In addition, when the output power of the gas laser reaches a certain value, the generated laser energy is better absorbed by the metal material, so the high-power carbon dioxide laser device is also widely used in the metal material processing industry.
The solid laser pointer device is a laser device that uses a solid material such as a laser crystal as a laser working substance.
The solid-state laser is mainly composed of a laser working substance (mainly a laser crystal), a pump source, an optical cavity, and the like. The pump source of solid-state lasers mainly includes lamp pumping, semiconductor laser pumping, and fiber pumping. The solid-state laser has a short output wavelength and high coupling efficiency with metal, which is favorable for metal surface absorption and good metal processing performance. Therefore, solid-state lasers are widely used in metal processing such as automotive, metallurgy, and mechanical manufacturing. An ultrafast laser is a solid-state laser that is typically laser pumped with a wavelength of 355 to 1064 nm.
