Holmium laser engraving is a process of laser processing that projects a high-energy laser beam onto the surface of a material and uses the thermal effect of the laser to produce a clear pattern on the surface of the material. Generally speaking, Laser Engraver processing is generally divided into the following three types according to processing effects:
First, laser engraving line processing: It is a processing method that uses a laser beam to produce a clear line effect on the surface of the material.
II. Laser engraving and filling processing: It is a processing method that uses a laser beam to vaporize all the surface layers of materials in a specific area to form a depression effect.
3. Laser engraving and hollowing processing: It is a processing method that uses a laser beam to vaporize all the materials in a specific area to form a hollowing effect.
Laser engraving processing workpiece
After finishing the processing files, you can choose the processing position, and use the software high-speed processing speed, processing intensity and processing accuracy. For image processing, the corresponding grid must be set. After the adjustment is completed, the border is output to determine the position of the workpiece on the table, and then the workpiece is placed. After the workpiece is placed, press the output (print) key in the software and wait. Laser Engraver receives the file. After receiving the file, the engraving machine can press the start button to perform red light positioning. Whether the position is accurate to avoid waste due to inaccurate positioning), and then press the start key to process.
Laser engraving precautions
(1) When using auto focus measurement, pay attention to the fact that the auto focus measurement rod must be fastened, otherwise the work surface will be pushed to the laser head and be separated from the track.
(2) When the laser engraving machine is working, it is forbidden to open the cover (top cover and front cover), otherwise the laser emission will be stopped and the processing quality will be affected.
(3) When processing the workpiece, the smoke exhaust and blowing equipment must be turned on to avoid contamination of the focusing lens and reflective lens by dust, otherwise the focus and reflection of the lens will be affected, which will indirectly affect the processing intensity and processing accuracy.
(4) When processing wood and paper workpieces, we must pay close attention to the processing speed and processing intensity, to avoid the occurrence of flames due to the slow speed and high intensity. The flame will damage the focusing lens, the light will affect the processing intensity and processing accuracy, and the heavy machine will be unusable.
(5) For the initial user to process irregular workpieces, the red light positioning must be performed first to determine whether the processing position is accurate, otherwise it is easy to produce waste products.
