(6) When processing easily deformable materials such as thin wood boards and cardboard, adjust the Laser Engraver deformation amplitude so that the level difference is less than 1 mm to avoid the focus difference being too large and affecting the processing accuracy. Fix the paper when processing it to avoid displacement during work. When cutting paper, especially soft paper (Xuan paper, edging paper), you can stack 15-20 sheets first, soak them with water, level them, and then cut them. This improves work efficiency while avoiding the dangers caused by material burning.
(7) When cutting, make the workpiece rack more than 2 cm away from the work surface to avoid damage to the back of the workpiece after laser reflection and produce waste products.
(8) Cleaning of Laser Engraver reflection lens and focusing lens: hold the reflection lens with two fingers, and use the lens cleaning paper to dip the cleaning solution in the other hand, and gently drag across the lens surface, and do not press the lens with your fingers to avoid scratching; Use a cotton swab to dip the camera lens cleaning solution and gently wipe the focusing lens until it is clean.
9 (9) Generally, when engraving a vector file, the resolution should be higher (500dpi or 600dpi); when engraving a point file, the resolution should be lower (500dpi rough mode or 300dpi). The effect of this carving will be very good.
At present, with the development and promotion of Laser Engraver equipment in application technology and technology, the manufacturing and sales of laser plane marking and engraving equipment have shown a good upward trend. Domestic companies engaged in laser equipment development, manufacturing, and sales, as well as companies that represent foreign laser equipment, have increased rapidly. Competition is also increasing.
However, all laser equipment in the domestic market stays in the Laser Engraver plane engraving stage, and no company or scientific research unit can come up with a laser three-dimensional engraving system. Some fine three-dimensional mold carving still rely on computer carving, or hand carving. But machine carving and hand carving have great weaknesses and limitations, which restrict the development of some fine crafts. Several laser scientific research institutions in China have been conducting research on laser three-dimensional precision carving machines.
