EngLaser Engraver is a engraving method that uses a high-energy-density laser to locally irradiate a workpiece to vaporize or chemically change the surface material, leaving a permanent mark. It has no contact with the material at all. The material is hard or soft and does not hinder the speed of engraving. Therefore, laser engraving technology is one of the largest application fields of laser processing. The engraving speed is the same whether you use this carving knife to sculpt on hard materials or soft materials. If coordinated with a computer to control the movement of the Laser Engraver laser beam, the engraving can also be automated. Put the pattern to be engraved on the photoelectric scanner. After the signal output by the scanner is processed by the computer and used to control the movement of the laser beam, it can be automatically carved on wooden boards, glass and leather according to our drawings. The faults and solutions of common CNC laser engraving machines are introduced as follows:
Computer cannot output
1. Check whether the software parameter setting is normal (reset);
2. Whether the engraving machine is started by positioning and then output (re-output);
3. Check whether the machine has not been reset beforehand (re-correct);
4. Check if the output serial port is consistent with the software setting serial port (reset);
5. Check whether the ground wire is reliable and whether the static electricity interferes with the data wire (re-grounding);
6. Replace the computer serial port output test;
7. Reinstall the software and reset the test;
8. Format the computer system disk and reinstall the software test;
9. The motherboard serial port is damaged and needs to be repaired or replaced.
Different shades or deep cuts
1. Check whether the water flow in the water circulation system is smooth (bent water pipes or broken water pipes);
2, check whether the focal length is normal (recalibration);
3. Check whether the optical path is normal (recalibrate);
4. Check whether the paper on the plate is too thick and the water is too much (re-correct);
5. Check whether the beams are parallel (adjust the two belts);
6. Check whether the lens is broken (replace);
7. Check whether the lens or the emitting end of the laser tube is contaminated (re-clean);
8. Check if the water temperature is higher than 30 ℃ (replace the circulating water);
9. Check if the Laser Engraver laser head or focusing lens is loose (intensify);
10. Laser current light intensity must reach 8mA;
11. Laser tube aging (replacement: no charge during warranty period);
