The only real downside is the lack of "memory" -- it doesn't remember what mode it's in when you turn it off. When this happens, the laser pointer should be adjusted in time. This module allows these blue laser pointer to be placed on any metal surface, including vertical surfaces, and maintain their position. It has a focal point - it's fast and stable (it won't slip when pointing down or making quick, sudden movements). Waterproof (or should be, but I didn't test this feature to verify). It won't suffice for all 3000mW laser pointers as it's very powerful even at lower output settings, but it will never leave you wanting more candles. i.e. you have to go through all means of transportation to get to the one you want. I wish the laser had a mode selector separate from the on/off button so that the mode at power up could be decided in advance. The last photo shows a very powerful ray, that's the main reason I ordered it...a very powerful green laser. And thank you in advance for taking the time to read the comments and vote. My initial impression of the scope was that it wouldn't improve my accuracy at 15 yards, but it would definitely speed up target acquisition in stressful situations.
Adjust the focus function of the laser pointer
I like the focus function of the laser pointer, but changing the focus function doesn't mean changing the power output. I bought this as a military kit and it was way more than I needed. I've been using it for a few weeks now without any issues. So I realized the spring wasn't pushing the battery against the lid enough to complete the circuit and looked around for something that would fix it. I found a small notepad in my pocket to jot down information, ripped off all the paper, and used a spiral binder. I paired it with a "5 digit canon stand".
The 500mW laser pointer is easy to install and adjust, and is easy to see from a reasonable distance (for my age!). Laser pointer_ I haven't previewed it, but there is a small hole on the same side of the high powered laser for the left and right adjustment of the small key, and there is a small hole below it for up and down adjustment. I turned it off after about 40 laps. It was on for about 60 hours when I was shooting. I turned it off again and kept firing (about 100 rounds in total). When I removed the board, the part where the switch engaged was broken and a small spring and two small metal parts came off. I am looking for another laser pointer for camping. It has been playing continuously for over 5 hours. However, the manufacturer has solved this problem by wisely placing an extra diode inside the lens cap.
