Blue Laser Pointer Module made in USA

The blue laser is produced by 441.6 nm helium-cadmium gas laser and 458 and 488 nm argon ion laser. Semiconductor lasers that output blue beams are usually gallium nitride (GaN, purple) or gallium indium nitride (basically blue, but can also display other colors). Blue and purple lasers can also be achieved by using the infrared wavelength of a semiconductor laser and a frequency multiplier (which generates second harmonics). Semiconductor lasers emitting 445 nanometers are becoming handheld lasers. Lasers emitting at wavelengths below 445 nanometers appear purple (though they are sometimes called blue lasers). Some of the most commercially common blue lasers are semiconductor lasers added for blu-ray technology, which emit a 405-nanometer violet light similar to ultraviolet (black) light, short enough to fluoresse in certain chemicals. Note that light with wavelengths shorter than 400 nanometers is classified as ultraviolet.

Blue laser designators provide incredible power levels in a variety of demanding situations. The laser pointer can be used for outdoor light shows, indoor demonstrations and many remote tasks. Battery life is the main limitation of the device, with performance limited to 30 minutes in some cases. There are regular 405nm blue-purple lasers, 650nm and 635nm red lasers, but the green laser pointer is the only option for amateurs and astronomy professionals because the green laser beam stands out the most. Green laser designator has high coherence, high directivity and high brightness, with excellent collimation and alignment advantages. The green laser pointer can emit the most sensitive 532nm green light, which can be best achieved by the human eye when focusing at a distance.
