50000mw green laser pointer
I have some powerful 50000mW laser pointers for sale. My unit only has a glue mark about 1/5 in diameter and the flange area is too small to hold the rubber cap in place. As far as a 50000mW green laser goes, it's a good device. But they advertise it as waterproof. It is by no means waterproof. If the adhesive is not applied to the entire circumference of the rubber cap, it will come off because the area used as a seal to hold it in place is about 1.5mm thick and high.

Of course, like any manufacturing process, high power laser pointer have their limitations. One is the limitation just mentioned - not suitable for welding heavy parts. Since this 1000mW green laser pointer requires bonding of one metal to another, the metals obviously have to be "bondable" - although the range of metals that can be bonded to each other is very broad, it does not include all possible combinations. (Interestingly, parts made of the same type of aluminum cannot be laser welded together, although different types of aluminum often can.) Another limitation is that not every metal can be laser welded to every other metal. This laser pointer consistently ensures a fairly stable and reliable spot on all target surfaces. In addition to the obvious energy-saving benefits and long lifespan, the average consumer cannot quickly identify what's in a laser pointer.
We all know lasers save energy, but why do laser pointers cost more?
The laser pointer is always in a small and portable pen design with a diameter of 12mm. However, as long as it utilizes the superior quality of a powerful diode laser and glass-coated cylindrical lens, it can efficiently achieve the highest quality dot generation on all target surfaces. Because of these challenges and the cost of this "new technology", it hasn't been as fast or widely accepted. The green laser pointer is essentially a base through which it receives energy within the aerospace aluminum casing.
