The doctor told the child that his left eye had been blind because the laser pointer burned the eye. The damage was irreversible and could not be cured. The complaint is even more specifically listed. The use of Laser pointer, flashlights and other items to emit light into the dormitory, reducing the ability to see things or discomfort is prohibited. In addition to the injunction, the plaintiff also demanded monetary compensation for those who violated the above-mentioned orders. For both types of defendants, the complaint mentions prohibiting anyone from inciting others to commit these acts.
