With the development of high powered laser technology, diode-pumped semiconductor lasers have become the new favorite of lasers. It uses nonlinear optical technology (multiplier, summation, etc.) to generate red, green and blue lasers. Compared with gas lasers, all-solid-state lasers have the characteristics of compact structure, low power consumption, high efficiency, no water cooling, and 220 volt power supply. Continuous wave green all-weather green lasers have been commercialized, such as full-chip microchip lasers (power: <100 mW) and high-power, frequency-doubled solid-state lasers (power: <10 W). However, it will take some time for high-power continuous-wave blue and red semiconductor laser devices to go on the market. The laser scanner includes an XY optical scanning head, an electronically controlled amplifier and a reflective optical lens. The signal provided by the computer controller drives the optical scanning head through the control amplifier circuit, thereby controlling the deflection of the laser beam in the XY plane. It is similar to the deflection of the electron beam in a cathode ray tube, except that photons are not charged particles and cannot be controlled by magnetic fields or electric fields, similar to electron beams. Therefore, the optical scanning head usually used for laser demonstration is a galvanometer scanning head. The galvanometer scanning head is divided into open loop and closed loop. The former is usually used for simple laser beam demonstrations, while the latter is widely used for graphic laser demonstrations. The scanning head is characterized by a large deflection angle of up to 80 degrees.
