Laser pointers play a big role when shooting
Laser pointers are great fun when shooting, especially in low light. It flashed in and out, and finally came out. After reading other negative reviews, it doesn't seem uncommon to die after a small amount of use on a rifle. The new product arrived quickly as advertised, but out of the box it didn't work. I tried the paddle switches it came with and it didn't work either. Love the size and functionality of the 50000mW laser pointer. Perfect to keep in a purse or glove box as it uses alkaline batteries. You'll never know what level of brightness you're getting unless you always remember to turn off the lowest setting. But the price is good. I was looking forward to picking up this high power laser pointer after reading some really crazy reviews that said it was a great little laser pointer. At first I disassembled the laser pointer, found an 18650 battery, found one, inserted it, and pressed the button. It's pretty weak, so I blame the battery. It's strong and then dull (seems completely random) in between.

Usually I want to use this green laser pointer in normal lighting conditions. Best of all, it's not too bright. I do need to see the green laser beam in the room. Well, I'm trying to find a laser that will allow me to do a full line on top of the front. When on top of the rear of a road bike, I'm just assuming that this laser pointer is capable of burning things, especially the vertical line, which is capable of extending from the seat of the crank when going down parallel to the tube and through the centerline.
